The ORBIS series light fixture is a protected and reliable lighting fixture that can be used for lighting warehouse, production, technical, and agricultural premises, as well as for street lighting and as a floodlight source for facades.
It can be applied in premises with high ceilings and aggressive production factors (vibration, high or low temperatures, dustiness, high humidity, presence of chemically aggressive substances, etc.).

Features of the ORBIS series light fixture

ORBIS is a light fixture that withstands significant operational loads while maintaining the necessary level of illumination in the working area with a ceiling height up to 15 m. Operation without technical interruptions is ensured by the use of high-quality electronic components, a specially designed housing with multiple cooling fins, and the external placement of a sealed power supply unit. A powerful light fixture in a wear-resistant white housing (another color can be chosen at the customer's request) with a diameter of 360 or 400 mm and a height of 247 mm.Dust and moisture protection level: IP65. This is an important parameter that indicates the light fixture's high ability to withstand unfavorable conditions: the device is impervious to dust and completely protected against water jets.

Case material for ORBIS series light fixtures

The ORBIS case is made of cast aluminum, and the diffuser is made of quartz glass (a rubber gasket is placed between them for complete sealing of the lighting fixture). A steel box protects the power supply unit from mechanical damage.

Mounting of ORBIS series light fixtures

The light fixture is mounted on a suspension using an eye bolt. It can be equipped with a U-shaped bracket for wall/ceiling installation. It is equipped with a modern technological power supply unit from MeanWell, one of the industry leaders.

CREE LEDs from the American brand

The light fixture is equipped with LEDs from the American brand CREE, whose impeccable quality means 5 years of uninterrupted operation. This is the official warranty for ORBIS. For all 5 years, the light fixtureprovides even, eye-comfortable light without loss of luminous flux. In the basic version, the light fixture's Color Rendering Index is CRI>80.At the client's request, the light fixture can be equipped with Hongli or Samsung LEDs with a Color Rendering Index of CRI>90 and CRI>95. Optionally, the light fixtureis equipped with control modules: 1-10V or PWM. This allows for controlling the luminous flux, saving electricity, and consequently, extending the lifespan of the LEDs.

Photometric parameters of ORBIS series light fixtures

Color temperature options in the basic configuration range from natural warm (3000 K) to neutral white (4000 K) and daylight-equivalent (5000 K). An integrated switch allows for adjusting the power of the light fixture. All photometric characteristics can be customized individually, upon client request.
