Privacy Policy
This Privacy Agreement has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and other regulatory acts of Ukrainian legislation governing legal relations related to the collection, processing, and storage of personal data, as well as the rights of citizens to privacy and self-expression.
The "SVL.UA" team, caring about the development of relationships with clients and understanding the importance of protecting your personal data, has prepared this Privacy Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy," and the terms of use of the website https://svl.ua, hereinafter referred to as the "Website," to prevent potential conflicts and misunderstandings.
Please read this document carefully, as the information contained herein is important for you as a User of the Website.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. "Website Administration" – employees authorized to manage the Website, acting on behalf of the "SVL.UA" Team – manufacturers and sellers of goods, works, and services offered on the "SVL.UA" Website, who organize the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions or operations performed with personal data.
1.1.2. "Personal Data" – any information that directly or indirectly relates to an identified or identifiable individual (data subject).
1.1.3. "Processing of Personal Data" – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automated tools or without such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision of access), extraction, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
1.1.4. "Confidentiality of Personal Data" – an obligation for the Website Administration or any other entity granted access to the User’s Personal Data not to allow its disclosure without the consent of the data subject or without another legal basis.
1.1.5. "User of the SVL.UA Website" – an individual with access to the Website via the Internet who uses the "SVL.UA" Website.
1.1.6. "Cookies" – small pieces of data sent by a web server and stored on the User's computer, which the web client or browser sends back to the web server in an HTTP request each time the page of the respective site is accessed.
1.1.7. "IP Address" – a unique address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.
2. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
2.1. By using the Website or purchasing goods, works, or services offered on the Website (hereinafter – "Goods") and responding to necessary questions during registration and/or when ordering/processing Goods, the User confirms that they give consent to "SVL.UA" and its authorized persons (Website Administration) to process personal data and confirms that they are an adult.
2.2. The User consents to the Website Administration processing the collected information, including collecting, systematizing, accumulating, storing, improving (updating, correcting), using, distributing, anonymizing, blocking, and destroying personal data provided during registration, for the purposes of forming participant databases, generating statistical reports, conducting marketing research, and interacting with the User through telecommunications networks, including sending SMS messages and emails, until such consent is withdrawn.
2.3. The User agrees that the Website Administration has the right to communicate with the User via direct contact using various communication methods, including but not limited to: postal mailings, email, Internet, and others.
2.4. Personal data allowed for processing under this Privacy Policy includes (but is not limited to):
2.4.1. User account information (email address, password).
2.4.2. Information about the User's geographic location, device, operating system, IP address, and browser.
2.4.3. User personal data: full name, legal address, office location, delivery address, residential address, contact phone numbers, etc.
2.4.4. User payment data (bank details, debit and credit card numbers).
2.4.5. Other user information (site visit history, pages viewed, purchase information, messages left by the User, and other information).
3. PURPOSES OF COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The Website Administration uses User personal information (data) for the following purposes:
3.1.1. To identify the User registered on the Website who places an order and enters into a remote sales agreement;
3.1.2. To provide effective customer support to the User;
3.1.3. To provide personalized services to the User;
3.1.4. To communicate with the User, including sending messages, requests, and information regarding the use of services, provision of services, and processing User requests and applications;
3.1.5. To improve service quality, usability, and develop new services;
3.1.6. For informational mailings and personalization of the Website;
3.1.7. To provide information about goods, works, services, promotions held by "SVL.UA," respond to User inquiries, fulfill obligations to consumers/purchasers, including shipping goods, informing about order status, issuing invoices, and notifying about stock availability.
3.1.8. To conduct statistical, analytical, and other research, market analysis based on anonymized data, report generation, and other purposes.
4. CATEGORIES OF DATA COLLECTED
4.1. Categories of personal data collected by the Website (directly or via third parties) include: cookies, usage data of network resources, and other personal data allowed for processing as per Section 2.4 of this Privacy Policy.
4.2. Personal data may be provided by the User or collected automatically by the Website during its use. Unless otherwise specified, the Website https://svl.ua uses cookies (or other tracking tools) to identify Users and remember global settings solely to provide services needed by the User.
4.3. Users are responsible for third-party personal data they obtain, publish, or provide using the Website and confirm that they have consent from the third party to provide their data to the Website Administration.
5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
5.1. Personal data processing is carried out without time limitation by any legal means, including information systems, using automated or manual tools.
5.2. The User agrees that the Website Administration may transfer personal data to third parties, including courier services, postal organizations, and telecom operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's order placed on the Website, including delivery of goods.
6. USER RIGHTS
6.1. Users have the right to:
6.1.1. Request information from the Website Administration about whether their personal data is stored;
6.1.2. Contact the Website Administration to learn the content and origin of such data;
6.1.3. Verify accuracy or request additions to the data;
6.1.4. Delete, update, or correct their data;
6.1.5. Block any data stored unlawfully;
6.1.6. Object to the processing of their personal data on all legal grounds.
6.2. Requests should be sent to the Website Administration at the address indicated in the Website contact information.
6.3. Users also have the right to opt out of informational mailings via email or messenger.
7. COOKIE POLICY

8.3. Personal data may be used for legal purposes in court or in pre-court proceedings if the Website or services were misused. Users acknowledge that the Website Administration must disclose personal data to state authorities upon request in accordance with Ukrainian law.
9. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT PERSONAL DATA

9.2. For Website operation and technical maintenance, the Website and third-party services may log interactions with Users (system logs) or use other personal data (including IP address).
10. ADDITIONAL TERMS
10.1. The Website Administration may amend this Privacy Policy without User consent.
10.2. The updated Privacy Policy becomes effective once posted on the Website unless otherwise specified.
10.3. If the User disagrees with any changes, they must stop using the Website and may request deletion of their personal data by the Website Administration.
