Return

Product Returns

Any purchased product may be returned by the customer without providing a reason within 14 days of purchase (the day of purchase is not included in this period). SVL partners are entitled to return products within 180 days from the date of receipt.

Returns are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

• The product has not been used
• There are no physical damages to the product
• The packaging is undamaged or only minimally opened
• All seals, tags and labels on the product are intact
• All documents related to the product are available, including the warranty card, technical passport, user manual, and any other documents provided by the manufacturer
• Proof of payment for the product is provided.

Refunds will be issued to the customer within 3 banking days.
