In 2006 - The company was renamed Eaglerise Co., Ltd
In 2007 - The company completed its shareholding reform, officially renamed Eaglerise (Foshan) PLC; in the same year, branches were established in Hamburg (Germany) and Philadelphia (USA).
In 2010 - Branches were established in Japan and Los Angeles.
In 2011 - The company was renamed Eaglerise (China) PLC; in the same year, a production base was built in Shunde.
In 2014 - The production base moved to the Shunde district.
In 2015 - Production lines and workshops for power transformers relocated to the production base in Shunde district.
In 2017 - Eaglerise successfully registered on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and officially became a public company.
In 2020 - Digital transformation of Eaglerise enterprises was fully implemented.
