Cooperation between the STANDARTBUD Group of companies and SVL on the Standard LUX project
As part of the realization of the modern Standard LUX, Residential Complex (RC), the STANDARTBUD Group of Companies chose the Ukrainian LED light fixture manufacturer, SVL, as a reliable partner for the object's lighting.
Standard LUX RC is a business-class project that combines comfort, innovation, and high quality standards. One of the key infrastructure elements of the complex became the energy-efficient parking lot lighting, where SVL's linear LED light fixtures with built-in motion sensors were used.

Parking Lighting with Linear light fixtures and motion sensors.To ensure efficient and energy-saving parking lot lighting, a system based on linear LED light fixtures equipped with built-in motion sensors was implemented.
This approach allows for a significant reduction in electricity consumption without compromising user safety and comfort.
The light fixtures are mounted along the perimeter and in the central aisles of the parking lot, creating uniform illumination of the entire area. The built-in motion sensors automatically turn on the lighting only in those zones where the movement of people or vehicles is detected. After a certain period of time following the cessation of movement, the light fixtures switch to standby mode (reduced brightness or complete shutdown), which allows for a reduction in electricity costs by up to 70%.
